The Company is amongst the leading pharmaceutical players in Pakistan. AGP began its commercial operations in 1989 in Karachi, Pakistan and has steadily grown through manufacturing and marketing products under licensing arrangements with many companies of international repute and through manufacturing and marketing its own brands. In 2018, AGP concluded a successful IPO on the Pakistan Stock Exchange that marked the first pharmaceutical IPO in Pakistan after a gap of 23 years.
Mr. Santosh Gujadhur is a co-founder of GFin Corporate Services Ltd., a regulated Mauritian administrator. He is admitted to the New York State Bar. He was previously a corporate associate in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP, where he has represented financial institutions, broker-dealers, sovereign wealth funds and other corporate clients in equity, debt and hybrid capital transactions, fund formations, IPOs, tender offers, swaps and accelerated share repurchase transactions, investment transactions, regulatory matters and various other transactions. He has recently represented financial institutions and sovereign wealth funds in several landmark recapitalization transactions in the United States as a result of the financial crisis. He received a J.D. from Cornell University and a B.S. in biochemistry from Boston College.
Mr. Tej Gujadhur is a co-founder of GFin Corporate Services Ltd., a regulated Mauritian administrator. He has spent 16 years in the financial sector in Europe and the United States, with the last 12 years in the private equity and hedge fund industries in London, Dublin and New York. He was a senior manager with Ernst & Young in London and New York and also served in senior in-house positions. He has been the CFO of The Children’s Investment Fund and its affiliates in London and he was, most recently, the CFO of Apollo Global’s European principal finance and distressed business. He is a U.K. Chartered Accountant with a B.Sc. (Hons) in computational science and economics from the University of Leeds and a M.A. in international banking and finance from the University of Reading.
Mahmud Yar Hiraj
Mahmud has over 16 years of experience in Global Markets and he has a deep and varied experience in Asia and US capital markets, across both equity and debt.
Prior to joining Baltoro, he was heading private equity at Bank Alfalah and served as a member of the Investment Committee.
He has expertise in building/redirecting businesses and investing in the agribusiness, food, property, health, education, power and financial sectors.
His international experience includes posts as Associate Director at Scotia Capital, Toronto and multiple positions at JP Morgan and Citi Bank. He is a seasoned professional of the growth markets private equity arena, with extensive experience in the areas of strategic investment management, fundraising, deal structuring, valuation, due diligence and portfolio management.
He holds an M.B.A in finance from Yale University.
